Recap

Philippine FC  6-0  Enate United

Match Summary: (Philippine FC)

Following up from last weeks draw, PFC welcomed back Raymond Tordecilla, Graeme Ryan, Jason Arroyo and Rommel Ongcoy. PFC started brightly with a host of chances that should have been converted – one of which Eddie Gueverra hitting the crossbar. The game got its first goal when Jason Arroyo ran down the left and slid a defence splitting through ball for Graeme Ryan to put past the out coming keeper.

The first 10 minutes of the 2nd half was a bit flat with both teams probing but with no end product. With Jason looking menacing on the left he was rewarded for his efforts when he went on a solo run going past a few Enate players then eventually shooting past the keeper. With both Graeme and Jason on the scoresheet they both got their 2nd goals both assisting each other. The fifth goal came after some hard work from Graeme holding off 2 defenders and sending the ball across goal for Eddie Gueverra to tap in a Marcus Rashford-esque goal.

With the 5th goal and flying, Coach Hillier introduced Jeff Burgin, Haseeb Majeed and RJ Matias for Michael Cepillo, Eddie Gueverra and Rommel Ongcoy who all put in a shift and with a cup game in hand, gave them a rest. The 6th and final goal came when Jeff Burgin sent in a long throw in which landed for Graeme to which he put the ball past the goalie again for his hat trick.

Our Man-of-the-Match was Graeme Ryan
