Recap
Great game as two old rivals came head-to-head for the first game of the season. It was high tempo from the kick-off Crouch End applied pressure on Badu FC to go 2-0 up in the first 20 minutes of the game.
Second half started with Badu FC changing formation to great effect and scoring in the first 2 mins of the second half, Wade Charles crossed for Ruben Alves to make it 2-1 and an intense game, but Crouch End stayed strong and put themselves 3-1 up 10 mins later. Badu FC kept the ball and applied a lot of pressure and midfielder Joshua Oyibo was brought down in the box and the referee pointed to the spot, up stepped Sama Kamara to slot home and make it 3-2.
The game went on with both teams searching for the next goal and with 2 mins to go Kevin Badu crossed for Nick Carroll to head which was stopped on the line by a Crouch End hand, the referee pointed to the spot and again up stepped Sama Kamara to make it 3-3.
